Which VoIP SIP IAX Provider is best?

We’re looking to make a big cut over to Asterisk based system in the next two weeks and are still filtering out all the information on phones, boards, equipment etc…

However the big question now remaining is … Which provider?

There seems to be a huge list of providers (voip-info.org/wiki/view/VOIP … s+Business)

But really I have two main concerns … 1. Reliability and 2. Rates …

We’re expected to average about 2,000 - 2,400 minutes a day in total out going calls and 40,000 to 48,000 minutes monthly so because of this I think we would prefer the flat national monthly fee per line structure.

So can I get a few opinions on which providers you’ve use and your experience with them? Good and bad?

you have a large volume so you might try negotiating with a bigger carrier, a CLEC like XO or Level3.

the only advice i can suggest is try connect.voicepulse.com but they may be too small for you guys… basic account has a 4 channel each way limit (4 in + 4 out) and you have to pay to add more. Their CS is top notch but you could probably get a better rate with a bigger company…
