Red Alarm with X100P - MD2200

I am trying to learn asterisk. I purchased X100P - MD2200 from ebay and trying to configure it.

I have installed the following application successfully.

Asterisk Version
Zaptel Version 1.2.5
Libpri Version 1.2.2

I have configued /etc/zaptel.conf /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf and /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf files.

I can start and get the card detected using following comand.

[root@haroon asterisk]# ztcfg -vv

Zaptel Configuration

Channel map:

Channel 01: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 01)

1 channels configured.

I can start asterisk successfuly and can see that wcfxo and zaptel drivers are loaded.

When I issue the command zttool, then the real problem comes. I get the following output.

RED Generic Clone Board 1

I believe that if I connect the telephone line to the FXO card, then I should be able to get the OK sign instead of RED. But its not happening.

Furhter, if I call the land line number which is connected to FXO, then I just hear the ring. I expect to hear the echo message.

Can anyone please let me know who can I get the OK prompt instead of RED and why I can’t call the landline number.

I`m getting this problem to!
