I am looking for some basic information on:

Using which product I’ll be able to do following:

  1. I can call from normal phone line and do a conference
  2. What is the maximum number of conference I can have/create?
  3. Can forward a call to some other number?

If a single product does all this, I would like to know the tentative pricing of the same and where will I get a demo of it.

Have a look at www.flatplanetphone.com. They offer a virtual PBX service.

Asterisk can do all of this and provide pretty much unlimited conferences (dependent on bandwidth usage). If you haven’t used it before then have a look at Trixbox (www.trixbox.org) which is pretty easy to setup. There is also a follow-me module that allows you to divert unanswered calls to other numbers (either internal or external).
