Hi All,

I am running Asterisk 1.4.22.1. I have Yealink model phones with the system.

The issue is sometimes the phones auto answers itself(Auto-answer is disable). The macro-auto-answer module itself is disable in extension_additional.conf file.

Not all the phones are doing it but there are 5 -6 phones which are doing it.

Please help me !!!

You are barking up the wrong tree. This is definitly a phone issue. I recommend doing a firmware upgrade. If this does not work, contact your phone vendor.
