Force Auto-answer Mode

I have TS350i and TS-9112i IP phone sets that were previously connected to a TalkSwitch PBX.

I used to dial *84 before the extension number to force the phones automatically answers the calls (intercom call).

Now I connected those phone sets to Asterisk PBX.
Any idea how to emulate the auto-answer in asterisk?
