Wildcard TDM800P with Wildcard E100P - zaptel won't start

I have computer that worked with a Wildcard E100P, and I added a TDM800P board. I ran /usr/sbin/genzaptelconf and got this zaptel.conf:

fxsks=5

When I try to start zaptel, I get an error that it cannot find board #2. Obviously I’m doing something wrong here - what should I do to add the board?

how do you load your modules, please modprobe by analog module pri module.
