What’s the difference between Redirect and BlindTransfer?

And why is there no BlindTransferAction in Asterisk-java.3.39.0?

Redirect is before ansewer, without answering the call
BlindTransfer is after answer, without presentation
AssistedTransfer is after answer, with presentation
