Hello everyone!

I’m hoping someone could clarify something for me about transfers.

As far as I understand:

[ul]a blind transfer sends a call from one place to another without warning/announcement.
an assisted or attended transfer allows you to first call the recipient of the call and let them know you are going to transfer a call and then send the call to them.

What type of transfer allows someone to transfer a call to someone and at the same time join that call to say “you guys are now on a call together” then hang up and the callers remain connected?

An attended transfer starts the call to the new party before doing the transfer; the transferor could hangup before it is answered.

Your third type is not a transfer, but a conference.
