I have a Freepbx system that is using Asterisk version 13.17.1. all the modules are up to date. The voicemail refuses to send out email attachments of messages left. I can send an email from the system manually. The postfix log shows no attempt to send out an email after a new message is sent. So can anyone tell me just where this takes place so I can fix it?

I would recommend you ask on the FreePBX Community forums at https://community.freepbx.org , The posters there have more experience with FreePBX than the people here who work with Asterisk as a framework.
I asked over there and no one has seen this issue, I thought I would ask here in a hail mary sort of way.
