i hve a voicemail problem. i’ve done every thing right but my calls are not forwarded to asterisk directory /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail this directory is empty please let me know about settings in voicemail.conf or any other solution plz help
what do you mean exactely by everything right and your call are not forwarded to /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail?
are you able to hear your voicemail whenever anyone leaves you one by using voicemailmain() application?
Yes ur right 2 clients’ have voicemail but one is not forwarding to voicemail its folder is created in the directory u stated but there r no voicemails in it . all of the clients are configured in same manner in same dial plan but 2 are working and 1 z nt.
