Urgent help needed with voicemail

We have asterisk 1.4 and linksys spa941 phones.

Voicemails are being left for people and not showing up on the phones however the user gets an email with a wav file of the voicemail attached.

The phones used to flash red when a voicemail was left and they do not do this now either.

Please help!!!

This is probably a linksys problem, since the voicemail is being recorded and delivered. Post your users.conf and sip.conf so we can check them.

unless I’m missing something, xxxxdefault should be either xxxx@default or just xxxx. Try changing 1 and see if that fixes it.
