Urgent help needed regarding Aterisk!

Hi friends,

As my main project, I’m planning to implement a PBX system.

DESCRIPTION
I would like to forward/divert a mobile call to an Asterisk server. And from the Asterisk Server to an Android phone via VoIP.

Is this project feasible, if so i would like to know the details.

Also I wanted to know whether a HUAWEI 3G modem can be used as a GSM gateway??
