Hello Asterisk Community!
I need assistance with an issue we’re facing in our Asterisk setup. We can capture the Call Start (when dialed) and Call End (when dropped) events, but we’re unable to capture the Call Answered event.
I’ve looked into the StasisStart and ChannelVarset events, but they don’t seem to trigger when the call is answered.
Could anyone guide us on how to resolve this? Our goal is to log events in the database when the call is answered from the agent’s side.
