Transfer call to agent


If an agent receives a call from a queue, how can that agent transfer the call to another agent?

Let’s say agent 100 gets a call, but wants to transfer it to agent 105 but doesn’t know where agent 105 is logged in. How can 100 transfer it to 105??

you could i thinkg dial(agent/105) but i could be wrong on that…

I think I can do that - but how can I specify “Agent/” from the transfer?
