Hello I have a TDM400P and i have a analog telefon but I don`t know what i must du that I can called with this. Can you help me??? German is better but englisch is okay

TDM400P allow up to four modules. Either FXS or FXO.
FXO to connect the Asterisk server to your telco, Deutsche Telekom in Deutschland for example. Analog line, not ISDN.
FXS to connect an analog phone to Asterisk server. This phone will get an extension in the dialplan.

So… you need to verify
- if your TDM400P has an FXO module. Yes? Great, you can connect the Asterisk server to your Telco
- if your TDM400P has an FXS modukle. Yes? Great, you can connect the analog phone to your Asterisk server

Digium FXO modules are RED
