Hi
we have some old telephone switch (25 years old)
and I am looking for replacing this switches but I don’t where should I need to start.
first, our PSTN connection based on E1 and actually
I need some help and direction for this issue
I want to know if it’s a PBX system suits our needs.
Thanks

You can do it using asterisk and te110p Digital Card.

The TE110P was EOL’d a long time ago. There are two generations of cards newer than that, both of which offer better performance - the TE12X and TE13X series.

Cheers

Sorry and
Thanks malcolmd my bad. Can you please mention the new upgrades of theses new cards against the old TE110P. And originally i was trying to to mention the TE122p but i used a lot the TE110P in the past and got confused with the name :stuck_out_tongue:

Howdy,

TE110’s PCI interface is much more susceptible to latency issues on the bus, where badness happens and it won’t work. TE12X and TE13X don’t have that problem.

TE12X and TE13X also support a hardware-based echo cancellation module.

TE12X and TE13X are also available for PCI-E.
