Show channels causes no further output on Asterisk Console

Running Asterisk 1.4.22 with dahdi-linux-2.2.0.1, sangoma card A104 with 3.5.6 wanpipe. After running for couple of hours , on Asterisk Console show channels will display the channel information active channels and active calls information is missing. Other issue Freepbx will stop loading. If I run show channels and then any other command no output , I have to exist out of console and login again to do anything.

Any thoughts ?

Use the latest 1.4.x version, 1.4.26.2. The symptom you are seeing is the result of a deadlock and a number of these have been fixed in recent versions.
