Reset Agent Call Counter

Hello Dears,

How can I reset agents call counter in a specific queue at a scheduled time when using ring strategy "fewest calls " without reset the queue statistics?


In the second way, the ring strategy “fewest calls” in call queue, it works by sending the new call to the lowest agent received calls.
Now in case that there’s one agent has “10” answered calls and the second one has “0” answered calls, so the new calls will be sending directly to the lowest agent till he reaches “10” calls. Fine, what if I want to reset the call counter to let the other agent takes calls without rest the queue statistics, how can I do it?

You can’t. There is no such functionality implemented.
