How to Reset Queue Strategy Interval

  • We’re using Asterisk 13 realtime
  • We have a queue that implements strategy “fewestcalls”

My question is twofold:

  • What causes the count behind ‘fewestcalls’ to be reset? I imagine something triggers it, or adding a new queuemember would cause that person to get all the calls since they never existed before.
  • Is there a way to control that reset mechanism so it happens over distinct periods of time?
