- We’re using Asterisk 13 realtime
- We have a queue that implements strategy “fewestcalls”
My question is twofold:
- What causes the count behind ‘fewestcalls’ to be reset? I imagine something triggers it, or adding a new queuemember would cause that person to get all the calls since they never existed before.
- Is there a way to control that reset mechanism so it happens over distinct periods of time?
