Queue ringing to the member during periodic-announce

Hello everybody
I have the problem that during the periodic-announce in the Queue.conf, the ringing stops at the member. Can not this be handled even while the customer is listening to the announcement that the Queue member accept a call?

Asterisk Version: 11.13.1

Not without a major rewrite of app_queue!

One hack for this is to place the announcements into a music on hold file.

now i placed the announcements into a music on hold file but the problem is that the moh not starts for every call from the beginning. how can i set this option?

It does for us, but we are using an old version of Asterisk.

for who ever stumbles on this it is a config
in moh etc/asterisk/musiconhold.conf
(cachertclasses default is yes )


cachertclasses=no ; use 1 instance of moh class for all users who are using it,
                    ; decrease consumable cpu cycles and memory
                    ; disabled by default
