Problems with Digital Receptionist

Hi,

I’m having problems with incoming calls and Digital Receptionist.

In AMP > Incoming Calls, I have set up incoming calls to be routed to Digital Receptionist/MainMenu for regular and after hours.

The problem is that when I dial in from my cell phone, Asterisk answers and I get a fast busy signal. When dialing “7777” from my softphone, it just hangs up on me.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

PS: My PSTN line is connected to a SPA-3000
