I am having a very strange issue here, I have looked all over the net and can’t seem to find anything about it.
Here is the issue, I have everything working correctly - I can do an incoming test from 10+ different extenstions and get the digital receptionist message and dial through to the different menus. This is only from the internal-sip phone side.
The Big Problem -
When a caller calls into the system, they here the voice prompts but when they press the correct keys, nothing happens the first voice menu just loops.
I do not know what files you guys need to see, let me know I will post them for you. This problem is way over my head
