Phone agent rings when bussy

I use a dynamic queue, and when there’s one agent logged in, and on the phone, he gets a ring signal when another call comes in. Can this be disabled ?

Is it because his phone will allow more than 1 call? If so set the phone to only allow one call.

What phone do you have ? this is a phone dependant feature. or you set call limit but this will have problems when doing transfers.
