Double-ring on "ringall" using agent queues

When agents are on calls, and new calls come in queue (using RINGALL), the phone camps the line, which is very distracting for the agents.

Is there a setting to stop the queue from ringing calls to agents that are already on calls ? If not, is there a tutorial, or do I just have to be creative and make some programming to set the phones on DND while they are in a call?

It seems that ring all does as it is told. You may want to get creative with your dialplan and maybe use the j option with chanisavailble.
