Hi. I’m very new to using AMI and am trying to originate a call from asterisk to asterisk to log out an agent using feature code *45. I have the callerid information which is the same as the agent id. I would use the published action for this but I won’t know the queues the agents are assigned to. I’m not sure where to start with this. Any suggestions.
use the queue show command and grep to find the agent
