Is that possible to an Agent launch/start a call with originate?
I tried but i can’t. 
The AMI command:
Action: Originate
Channel: Agent/4000
Context: default
Exten: 00621*******
Priority: 1
The default context’s 00621*** extension Dial the the number.
It doesn’t work unfortunately.
