Hello, we have a Asterisk runnig correctly, but when we want to register another phone from any location outside the router, the phone register, but does not hear nothing when a call comes. Do you know what ports must be open in the router? We have 5060 open.

You have to open the udp ports for the rtp streams too, check rtp.conf, usually is the range from 10000 to 20000.

Before exposing your route to open all rtp required posts first check for the following thing. Are you able to communicate using your softphones in your lan(able to hear audio).
