we’ve just attached the VHD of AsteriskNOW system to another VM, and now it’s not displaying IP address after the system started. could you please help us to resolve the issue?

I don’t believe this is an asterisk or freepbx issue. Can’t tell which distro you’re using, but you’ll probably need to check the /etc/network/interfaces file to make sure it’s configured correctly. If it’s a vm, make sure the IP is in the correct vlan.
Press an ifconfig command and make a screenshot about the displayed informations.
thanks, i’ve managed to work around it by running the DHCP client every time when the server boots.
