ASTERISK: 1.2.24

The receptionist dials 701 on her Polycom 601 phone when she is away. It makes every other extension (Polycom 501) ring when a call comes in. However, there are two extensions that do not ring. Where in Asterisk could I add these extensions? By the way, they have no GUI so it all has to be done via command line.

This setup would be in your dialplan in extensions.conf (or another file #includ(ed) within this file).
