Newbie problem with tdm01b

lo there !

i am using debian stable 3.1 or (sarge). i just installed a TDM01B card with 1 FXO module.

the asterisk install seemed to go ok, as well as the zaptel drivers.
when i do a modprobe zaptel, it looks good
and when i do a modprobe wcfxo it looks good.
but when i do ztcfg -vv i get

in the zaptel.conf i have only these lines uncommented

fxsks=1
loadzone = us
defaultzone=us

i am really new at this. the module wcfxo is what some documentation from digium told me to load if i dont have the newer wctdm. when i tried wctdm, it told me there was no such module. i am using debian stable, so i am pretty sure i didnt get the latest and greatest source.
but still , it shoud work right ?

the card has one red module on it.
