For Asterisk There are several ARI libraries are available , Which is the best, Commonly used and easy efficient library for Asterisk ARI

The one for your preferred programming language (although you can probably assume that .NET is particularly little used, and Java is only lightly used). Historically most people have used PHP to access Asterisk APIs.

Most Asterisk class libraries are very thin veneers, so are going to be very similar, as they map very closely to the same, underlying, protocol.

The first question, though, should be whether you really need ARI at all.

(There isn’t really a team. I think even the Sangoma employees are doing this as individuals.)
