How to disable realtime statistics like calls processed and queue stats

i want disable “realtime statistics like queue stats and call processed and all other statistics” as in high volume they may make high load in system.

how can i reset statistics per call?
what are all statatistics?

Can you please share data to support your claim that these statistics will negatively impact your system performance ?

I think there are many, many other optimizations to consider before worrying about these particular items.
