We are running 11.5.0 with realtime config (mysql). Looks like queue show doesn’t provide correct info.
All agents are always have ‘Not in use’ state and number of answered call is not correct since this queue proccesses hunderds of calls daily.
P.S callcounter set to yes for all agents.
P.P.S Queue is used to serve asterisk calls which are being generated with call files. So agent recieves incoming call when asterisk was able to contact remote end.
