Hello,
I’m using the agentlogin fonction to emulate followme. My problem is, when a agent log in, he hear musiconhold and he MUST NOT hangup the phone or is agent will be logged out.
What I would like, the agent login the hangup. So if there’s a call for this agent, the phone will ring.
Also would like to put an automatic agent log out after maybe 8 hours.
Anyone one could help ?
