Agent seems busy after the caller hang up

i have an issue
i got asterisk and few agents logged by agentlogin(), if someone call to my line then enter to the queue and its attended by my agents, but sometimes it happens that the clients hangup the call and my agent is waiting for any new call but… it seems like the last call is stil on and off course the agents it supossed to be busy, but this aint it true.

what can i do?? :unamused:

you may want to look at your wrapuptime and see if that needs to be set lower.
