I recently upgraded my Asterisk 1.2.x to 1.4.5 (also tried 1.4.7) via source but have rolled back to latest 1.2.x as the quality of ilbc codec calls to the GizmoProject servers is awful.
Has something explainable happened to the ilbc codec to make it less compatible ?
Its hard to explain the difference , the calls seems wavey / squeaky - they were still just about understandable but something sounded really wrong.
If I try using the GSM codec my calls are rejected , PCMA/U work but the codec is too heavy for my connection.
Has anyone else noticed / got this problem / using GizmoProject ?
