hi everybody , i’m new in asterisk & i got very interested in learning it and i has a simple question …

If i want to make a SOHO PBX System with Asterisk , Is it possible to use a V.92 65K Fax Modem as the telco line source on the asterisk machine ???
if yes please send me details on how i can do this …

If your FAX MODEM happens to be an X100P clone (c.f. voip-info.org/wiki/view/X100P+clone), then yes. Otherwise, no.

Dont use anything less than an AX100P (which is not a X100P) or a Digium TDM4xx or Atcom AX400P
