Quite a basic Asterisk user…
We are looking to create an IVR (which I can do) and then have the user press 1 to enter their mobile number which is captured and appended to a .csv file on a day-by-day basis.
I’ve read numerous things about the ‘Read’ command and the fact that it doesn’t work when in a call and then it does… so any help would be greatly appreciated.
