DND Dial Tone?

Hello,

If I turn on DND using *78 isnt it supposed to give a special tone when phone is off hook (kind of like voicemail stutter tone) to remind you that DND is enabled.

If so, how do I enable it?

bit lacking in information there ! what phone is it ? or is it an ATA ? and are you using a config package such as FreePBX ?

Using Trixbox/FreePbx hooked to Linksys PAP2. All phones are regular phones hooked through PAP2, no softphones.
