I’m trying to get CallerID working on our university analogue pstn. The analouge pstn uses Danish DTMF signalling for CID.
The danish system differs slightly from Sweden and netherlands (read more here blichfeldt.dk/faq/clip.htm) in that there is no polarity swith or ring that tells when the cid starts.
Anybody here that have managed to get asterisk working with the Danish CLIP DTMF system?
I’ve tried setting cidstart = ring|polarity in zapata.conf but there is no Callerid shown. I’m using an asterisk at home server configured with a TDM400P and FXO-modules and FXS-modules.
