Hi,
I can’t get callerid with TDM400P in Norway
I tried different types of cidsignaling and cidstart. Wait(2) was also added to dialplan before answer.
Any idea ?
Hi vassilux!
I’m not sure what it might be!
But first off, do you have callerid activated from the operator and you know it is working?
I’m not sure if Norway is using the same signalling that we are using here in Sweden.
But this is a part of my zapata.conf that was working before I went over to only VoIP.
… lines is just other things I have in the conf file that have nothing to do with callerid.

Hi again!
I just remembered that I also got some problem with
the callerid on the POTS using a TDM11B card.
Callerid was working OK on the incoming but not out on my POTS connected to TDM11B.
But out on a softphone then it worked OK!
Instead I got myself a PAP2T box to solve the callerid problem!
You can read more about it here:
http://forums.digium.com/viewtopic.php?t=18237&sid=cca61642920ff15ad24e2584a18cc1f6
I never found a solution for my problem!
ok master I will try it
nothing , I had same result I tried to UK type of signalisation cause it is FSK ETSI but it is same result.
I’m not sure if telco provide caller id, the customer confirm that caller id is provide, but I’m not in place
What do you see in your log on a incoming call?
If you put this in the beginning of your incoming context:
With this, what do you get in your log file?
Yes of course but sorry …
I asked my customer to test line for caller id and caller id if not be activated by telco for the tested line
I use other lien and with cidsignalling=bell and cidstart=ring works fine
Thank for help
