We are to provide branded outsourced customer service solutions for some of our clients, and so we’re putting together a system to handle this.
Basically what we need is a solution that will distribute calls to different agents, and then display a script on the agent’s computer screen according to which number the call came in on.
We were thinking of having something custom built, but before inventing the wheel once again, I though I’d give it a shot looking into the forums here. Anyone know of some type of software which might be helpful?
