Bundle Solution for small CS center

hey, so I am looking into Asterisk to try and find a ready made solution (hopefully free) that we can implement at the office.

important features are

  1. Call tree.
  2. Call Queues and Agents
  3. Dashboard monitoring
  4. statistics (wait time, call time, # of calls…)
  5. other goodies I am not thinking of.

Can you recommend something? I am a little Overwhelmed at the moment.


You can use vicidial or goautodial for this. this is the complete asterisk based solution for call center.
