I am trying to configure a CID pop up prog but I am having problems with authentication, I have tried all the user/PW combinations I can think of and still it will not connect, can anyone help here.
Also, can anyone recommend a good popup to use, just something easy and simple that shows CID and no more.

If your problem still persists, please provide your manager.conf and the name of the application you are trying.
