Guyz, help needed on some channel hangups. The senario is like this, i have two phones in the same network that is connecting to the asterisk server in the WAN network. if we are talking through the phone and suddenly the DSL is down our call for sure will be disconnected. but when the line is up again, we couldn’t call each other.
I look into the asterisk CLI (‘show channel’) and found out that the previous call between us is still inside the asterisk. I don’t know how to destroy that call and i had to do a ‘sip reload’ or restart the asterisk service to eleminate the problem.
Do you guys have any idea on what is happenning and how to solve this? Thankz Guyz!
