I have record on demand working for calls that I dial or receive directly from the outside but I cannot record calls that are transferred to me or calls that have been parked.
Transferred calls actually create a wav file under var/spool/asterisk/monitor but show no “Play button” in FreePBX user portal. Parked calls DO NOT create a wav file but show a call in the user portal under ext 71 or whatever slot they were parked to.
Asterisk Add-ons was compiled with Unique ID and it shows when you browse the MySql data.
The system is running Asterisk 1.6.2.13 and dahdi 2.4.0 with FreePBX 2.7.0
Am I doing something wrong? or is it not possible to record a transfer.
