I had an issue w/ some phones and the first thing I tried was just re-adding the user & phone line to asterisk.
But now I can’t add the user back to the asterisk server because there is a duplicate key somewhere.
How can I fix this?

Asterisk doesn’t contain any code that could try to do this database operation. You need to contact the person who wrote this code.
I don’t think this is even an Asterisk Realtime Architecture table, so I suspect is it s table maintained by a GUI that then uses it as the source for the actual configuration.
