Is it possible to make changes to opus codec settings in codecs.conf and dynamically reload them without restarting asterisk or interrupting existing active channels and endpoints?
I’m assuming not, as I tried to reload the module directly and it says its not supported, but I wasn’t sure if there was some other mechanism or CLI command.

The module 'codec_opus.so' does not support reloads
