Can it play ring tone prior to entering queue

Right now I have it setup so when a user presses 9 they get sent to a queue, and a messages is played when they enter the queue.

What I want is when they press 9, it plays a ring tone(like its ringing a ext) then it goes to queue and plays the message.

Any ideas??

Ringing(): Request that the channel indicate ringing tone to the user.
Always returns 0.

Ok mine is set to 0. what else do i need to do??
