Hello all,
I have a system with the following problem, when all agents are busy in my queue, new callers joining the queue get the ringing tone (moh). I have few agents who usually spend a lot of time on a call and people complain that we don’t answer their calls yet all our agents are usually busy.
I would like to to provide the following:

Play the caller a busy message when all my agents are busy as a notification

Play them a ringing tone when an agent is available to answer there calls
Currently the only I option I know is customize the moh. Is it possible to achieve the above. If so how can I achieve this. What feature do I need to configure to enable it?
I am using asterisk 11 for my set up.
